Architects’ Journal/Dulux Colour in Architecture Event

Director James Pickard will be speaking about the practice’s use of colour in architecture at the Architects’ Journal/Dulux Trade ‘How Colour Transforms Spaces’ event at the Materials Lab on 23 April.

James will be joined by James Allison of Bennetts Associates who will be discussing the use of colour in their recent HQ for Camden Council. They will be grilled by prolific designer Morag Myerscough, known for her vibrant and bold graphics.

The panel of experts includes Mike Levey, head of design and procurement at Newlon Housing Trust, Daniela Meloni, of award-winning design agency Atelier Works, Louise Tod, colour expert and trend forecaster for AkzoNobel, and Caroline Jenkinson, head of arts and tourism at London Borough of Camden.

Classical architect George Saumarez Smith, a director at ADAM Architecture, will be painting a work of art live during the event.
