Workplace

Workplace design is in Cartwright Pickard’s foundations; both founders were involved in landmark office projects at major practices before going into partnership, and we’ve since designed the full range of workplace buildings, from corporate HQs to speculative office developments and civic offices. We aim to create distinctive workplace buildings that bring prestige to their developers and occupiers, and deliver the best possible environments for working, meeting and making decisions. Buildings that are inviting, open, democratic, transparent, flexible and economic to run. Buildings that bring out the best in businesses and employees.             Cartwright Pickard are now affiliated to Consarc, an architectural practice specialising in workplace strategy and brief writing, including space planning and usage analysis, FF&E and Interior Design for both public and private sector clients. Working with senior staff down to grass roots, they provide in depth consultation to help clients identify what they need from their workspace and produce strategic briefs which optimise design solutions. Consarc also have extensive experience in the 5* hotel sector.
